No bass coming from my sub with Kicker ZR-600

No nothing at all. And no it didnt come with a high or low pass crossover card, but I can get one for cheap
Also I took the cover off and the RCA inputs seem lose any easy way to fix them I think that may be where the problem is. If you wiggle them around you get a cracking noise from the subs

If there is no crossover card (module) That's probally the problem right there....

I know on the pop top Orion HCCA/XTR amps if the crossover chip is not installed no sound will come out but it still powers up..

Put a module in it and see what happens before wiggling things around etc...

Did it come w/ANY module? I had a ZR240 and one of the RCA inputs went bad, but I still had output. Those amps are way under rated. The 240 I had was rated at:

240 x 1 @ 4 ohms, benched 360 x 1 @ 4 ohms

THD to be at S/N to be 100

I miss that amp.

You need a modual installed on the amp for it to have ANY audio output, I have one sitting on my bench right now works perfect. Before running the amp again get a SWX crossover modual and head to kicker.com to pull up the doc on the settings and set it right.

Amp puts 900+ rms at 2ohm mono 14.v its a beast.
