No bass coming from my sub with Kicker ZR-600

I just got a Kicker ZR-600 off craigslist.org and was told it works. But when I hooked it all up the power lihgt comes on but no bass. I have 2 12in kenwoods.

The amp I was using still works. A little lighting audio amp.

Anything that could cause the kicker not to make sound. I have check all fuses and all wires. Please help

Did you turn the gain up?

gain is set halfway still nothing

check the settings on your HU to see if you need to turn your sub output on

The Kicker ZR-600 only has the gain nob no lp or hp. As far as I know my headunit does not have a sub setting. I will post the model number of my hu later when I have time

It may power up, but have internal damage. Open it up and look for any signs of damage.

The amp can still power on. I bet one of the speaker outputs/terminals is broken, and needs to be re-soldered. I say trash the amp, get a new one that isnt junk.

If it's just a speaker output/terminal that needed resoldered I wouldn't "trash" the amp the kicker line of zr amps are beasts that zr600 is a nice amp..

Is there any output??

Does it have a high pass or low pass crossover card in it??

If you're gonna trash it let me know I'll take it off your hands.

No nothing at all. And no it didnt come with a high or low pass crossover card, but I can get one for cheap

Also I took the cover off and the RCA inputs seem lose any easy way to fix them I think that may be where the problem is. If you wiggle them around you get a cracking noise from the subs
