The price of both these amps are pretty similar in the country i live in.

The difference is that:

Helix Tested at 13,5V 625W @ 4 Ohm

SAE-1200D V2 12,8V 300W @ 4Ohm

Both are capable of handeling 1ohm...

The downside is that Sundown is 100Dollars cheeper and has no warranty... any suggestions what should i get?
