You could probally find a better deal on the Orion, but I 'd go with the nine.1. The ed cost 350 shipped with warranty. Not trying to promote them but, here's a link for a $10 discount:

I have the Orion and love the crossover and SSF options and interface. Power is very clean.

But either amp would suffice.
