a good 1.5 farad cap. Any ideas on that?

1 divided sealed box, 1.25ft3 per sub

1 Kenwood 2019 cd player

pair of 5 1/4 polk gxr5 in dash

1/0 awg wire to amp (included in 2000 watt amp kit)

anything from rf to lightning audio to monster ...as long as it is a real 1.5 farad cap..what kind of car do you have? a slight rewind/rebuild of your alt would help to keep everything going nicely (80-120 bucks usually) and would allow you to run your cars accories normally even when "jammin". the higher amp alt would keep the cap charged too.

hes gotta a pimpin van, not a car. its pretty sweet. sqeals em pretty good for a van too.

for the prices i have seen on ebay it might just be cheaper to get 2 1 farad caps and a buss bar, you can never have too much capacitance
