Next step up worth doing?

Small system now ... Single Alpine 10" (SWS-1043D) in a 1 cu ft sealed box powered by an Alpine PDX-5 (5-ch, aka 4-ch + sub ch) 424W (birth sheet #).

What's the next step up worth doing but without going crazy in my extended cab Titan?

Like, I don't think a sealed 12" would be worth the cost and effort.

Is there a worthwhile upgrade from this that doesn't require a lot more power, all new wiring, big 3, HO alt and a huge sub box taking up most of the rear seats?

I get some pretty good bass from what I have but as always moar would be better. I just don't wanna go crazy with it.

maybe try putting your current sub in a ported box.

I'm assuming you have a decent front stage since your running a 5 channel amp. If not throw some speakers on them other channels.

Do your big 3 if you haven't. It's cheap, easy, good to do, and it seems like you're just looking for something to do.

Other than that, build yourself a ported box.
