You be the judge, 500 weapons with sarin and mustard gas (both classified under UN as wmd's) were found, however the sarin has a very short life span, and the weapons were made pre-1991 (gulf war).

But Id say yes, they count. The mustard gas is definently still dangerous. Unless you define a wmd as something that is newly made, in that case the US's nuclear missle supply would count, as they are all pre-1988.

George Bush's last ditch effort to justify the war in Iraq. Mustard gas and nerve agents are no where along the same lines as Nuclear Warfare. I don't see why Bush is so concerned with Iraq possessing WMD's.. If they did have them, chances are they would've used them by now... considering we went in and ***** their country. If Bush is so concerned with WMD, why doesn't he go into countries that have WMD for a known fact. It so hypcritical because the US possesses so many Nuclear arms themselves, and how the US produced massive amounts of nuclear arms in the Cold War. Bush is full of shit and everyone knows it. Lets re-elect that intern banging president Bill Clinton =)
