You be the judge, 500 weapons with sarin and mustard gas (both classified under UN as wmd's) were found, however the sarin has a very short life span, and the weapons were made pre-1991 (gulf war).
But Id say yes, they count. The mustard gas is definently still dangerous. Unless you define a wmd as something that is newly made, in that case the US's nuclear missle supply would count, as they are all pre-1988.
