Newbe Question for 2001 chevy silverado truck sound system

Okay I have a chevy silverado ext cab 4 door. I have a stocl unit with infinity reference 6 3/4 and 4x6 in the rear with a small amp power it. Well heres what I want to do. I want to get a pioneer AVHp6300 bt 7' dvd unit. Focal PC 165 6 3/4 speakers, Infinity kappy 462.9 4x6 rear speakers and 1 shallow mount kicker 10' sub. what do you think about this set up. What type of amp would I need for the speakers and sub to sound great. I listen to rock, r&b, rap, country pretty much everything. I dont need alot of bass but just enough to sound great. If I mount 1 sub under my back seat is it going to sound funky with only 1 10' sub, or should I run 2'. What does everyone think about the focal speakers. I just want crisp clean sound. What amps should I get. I would like to buy the amps used on this forum if possible. Has anyone tried to mount the pioneer 6300 in a chevy silverado before, does the shifter get in the way??
