newb needs an amp

Heres the plan so far for my 96 ford explorer sport...

Alpine CDA-9856 h/u

Rainbow SLC 265 comps 100W RMS

Image Dynamics IDQ12D2 350W RMS

now I need to find an amp for $600 or less

looking at...

Eclipse XA4000

Soundstream TRA960.4

Nakamichi PA-2004

Orion 8004

or...would i be better off getting a seperate amp for the comps and one for the sub?

anything pointing me in the right direction would be helpful, and any insight on the other components would be great too. I'm looking for more of a clean, balanced sound, i.e. more SQ than not.

I'm now leaning way towards the Orion 8004 because CarDomain has it for $240, seems like a steal.

Somebody please give me some input

That Orion would be fine , run the comps on the front channels and bridge the rear channels to run the sub and your good to go ....
