Yo Gotti f. Lil Wayne & Birdman -I Got Em (Dirty)
Lady Soverign - Random (Menta remix - feat MC Riko)
That should give you an idea at least
Eric's van has a 6th order bandpass in it, and the cabin of the vehicle (in front of the b-pillar) sort of does act like another chamber. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifDrive by? Sounds like someone needs to set up their vehicle as one giant bandpass box.
Seeing as eric SMOKED mckinnie's record of 133.2 by 3.5 dB, I think its safe to say that nobody is going to touch that number for a LONG time.wowwww....its amazing that someone can do that, what, 6ft away and alot of people cant even in their cars.....just insane
Think we'll ever see a 140 out of someone....Tommy,Perrillo, etc?

Keep in mind that I have yet to hear of anyone getting a noise violation ticket during one of these events. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifIs it just me, or does 'drive by' tend to glorify an aspect of car audio most of us here seem to hate? We always bash people for wanting to be heard 'for blocks' and yet we set up competitions based on who can do it the best. Yes I know its just for competing not sitting at a stop light, but it certainly seems to give the impression its not only acceptable, but one of the intentions of building a car audio system. Build a car stereo, then hold comps seeing who is louder outside it. Hmmmm.
I see the correlation with drag racing. But, sanctioned drag racing originally came about to get the racers OFF the street. These comps are more to get people INTO doing it.Keep in mind that I have yet to hear of anyone getting a noise violation ticket during one of these events. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
I do see where you are coming from though, but MECA is not condoning breaking the law, it's simply just a fun event to compete in.
Does drag racing on a track mean that the NHRA is supporting street racing?
Well, as long as you don't think we are saying that driveby is condoning illegal activities, then it's all good. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifI see the correlation with drag racing. Again like I said, I know these guys aren't doing it at stop lights, but at an event. Im not suggesting anyone competing is bad, but the event type itself clearly lends itself to the notion of building systems for others to hear. The competitors themselves... naw they are just having fun competing. But all those spectators who to watch, then go home and think how cool it would be to be the local 'drive-by' in his neighborhood. That's the problem Im talking about.
Sure, someone can go watch drag racing, then go home and decide to drag race up and down their residential street too. But that would be wrong, just as irresponsible bumping is.
Again, not trying to rag on any competitors, just something that has always struck me as... odd.
