New Virgin Tools

i would have to say that the bosch 4000 table saw is the most praised and used table saw in the professinal trade industry as well as the 4410l and 4412l mitre saws..... bosch tools.... are slightly ahead of hitachi's stuff, having used hitachi's 10" laser mitre saw and their 18 volt drill...... common... 36v brute power, litheon power..... bosch baby.... the professionals choice.... be careful with the table saws blade height adjustment, make sure to keep it clean always, they tend to get real stiff, kinda like dewalt......lol..

dewalt is junk table saws the carrier tends to warp and makes the blade wobbel.

I don't think Lowe's sells that model of bosche. If the do, then it's pretty big which make it impractical for me.

bosch.. it is a jobsite tablesaw, i am a trim carpenter for a living and i have a buddy who works at kms tools, which has all sorts of woodworking tools... i have had the pleasure of using the millwaukee 28 volt drills, and yes they are very nice, 10.8v bosch pocket driver, 100 3" screws on a charge...( it is true ) 12" hitachi slide compound with digital read out, to heavy for the jobsite, but great for a shop.... the list goes on..... look at metabo....as well, great german made products...

aiight peace out...

i vote bosch, industry leader......

you're comparing a $256, 18V lithium, 570in lb, 3.0Ah, 4.6lb hitachi drill vs. a $356 5.6lb with small pack, or $445 6.7lb with fat pack, 600in lb drill??? c'mon, i think its a matter of choice...if you want to spend an extra $100 for that extra 30in lbs of torque...and extra 1lbs of weight...

no one is going to argue with you on that...i've already mentioned the 4000-09 is 3x the cost of this one...but i don't think its really worth 3x as much as this one or save me 3x the time...in the future, i'll just spend a grand on a nice full size belt driven one...but for now, i don't think $170 can buy a better saw, in my situation anyways...so if i had $500 to throw on a saw, ofcourse i'd get the bosch...some of us have other things to spend money on...

i have a bosch 500 series washer, got it for $900 at lowes, #2 CR ranked washer, behind a $1500 LG model, top notch...but again, i paid a pretty penny for it...
