They arent that bad, I mean you can find better, If you do get one find a first gen Turbo (Mazda made engine) Or find a Gen 2 with the HO 6v.

Or you can do what a friend of mind did with his first gen, Took a SHO Taraus engine and put a turbo on it and shoed it into the Probe. Car was pretty insaine.

Dude, lay off the throttle. No more than 3000rpm if you are holding it for an extended amount of time. You were practically holding the **** thing at redline.
