Not to bust your bubble, but I can't imagine any 9.5 being underrated. Or any other Elemental Designs products.

I would say anything unless it were true, another Nine.5 owner used his olliscope to see how much the Nine.5 @ 1 ohm was putting out, he got over 900RMS. ED amp specs are at 12v. If i can bench my amp i would, if i knew of a spot.

Still no need for a 2nd batt, just do the BIG3 and be done with it...

you need a new camera lol. shit didnt really pick up anything but the highs. im sure it gots some movement, but that camera really does no justice

I think giving it the 700rms should be plenty. I see no reason to go much more. I supposedly blew mine off 900rms with low gains and no clipping. Then the 2nd time, I ripped it when I put something in my trunk, when it had a grille on it, lol! Was all my fault though.

Also it was user error huh? Yet I can pound on my cheaper CVX in same box with less power that sounds louder and still working like a champ.

Have to totally disagree with you on that .. Ive bench tested all of the following from ED , the NINe.1 , NINe.2x and NINe.4 and all came up with great results . All 3 amps put out substantially more watts then what they are listed at . Not to burst your bubble but I think its time you jump off that band wagon and only state facts if you know they are true . Thank you
