LEDs are for poor people. Get a plasma or GTFO.

The high end TVs with best reviews are plasmas. Cheap junk is LED.

I dont need other peoples reviews to tell me what looks good. I go off of personal experience. My 240hz Samsung LED's picture is extremely crisp and vibrant (calibrated by myself), uses **** near no electricity and generates zero heat. I have installed various plasmas and have friends that have them and none of them compare in my opinion, if they did, I would have bought one instead. Also I use mine as a PC monitor, which LCD's are great for and plasmas fail miserably at

Not to mention they WILL go bad in a matter of years with picture quality degrading and eventually needing to be replaced

That enough is reason for me to get a LCD. **** plasma, its outdated technology. Especially when OLED LCD's become the norm, you wont even be able to find a plasma for sale in a store. Because they are then obsolete

If plasmas picture looked better to me, I would have bought one, especially because they are cheaper than the LCD I bought. Looks like someone is butthurt about buying outdated technology and trying to justify his purchase.
