Top picture is a Benelli Super Nova Pump and a Norinco SKS 7.62x39 with the polymer tactical scope and UTG side mount scope mount.

Bottom 2 are a Czech VZ-52 chambered in a 7.62x45 round. I am refinishing the stock and taking the stupid shitty rhino lining job, then ill be selling it.

Ah nice. Ima newb to guns and thought Id pick some up just to have. I also have a little Maverick 88 12 with a pistol grip.

I just started buying 2 weeks ago and I think this is going to be another new expensive hobby. Im sure you have a nice chunk of change in those you have

Can you not get them as gifts there? I dont know to much about gun laws but here you can get your permit to have and carry it, the gun and ammo has to be a gift from your mom or dad tho.
Federal law states 18 for any long gun ( rifles, shot guns, semi auto rifles, AR's, AK's and such ) and 21 for Pistols.

The Benelli was $472. I traded a Winch and mount for the SKS and 3 hours later i had it sold for $450, just waiting on payment. The guy is in a special military training program. My dad paid $150 for the Czech and im hoping after i semi-restore it a verify it works perfect that i might be able to get $500-$600 for it.

I am looking to buy a AMD65 or AK-47 unless i buy another SKS but i might buy a few AR lowers and wait ti build them.

Call your sheriffs department. They'll hook ya up with some info. They just do the background check and all that to issue your permit. Then your mom or dad can "gift" you a gun they legally own, and it becomes yours. Its a nice little loophole.
IT says in Virginia i cannot carry a loaded firearm and then virginia's description of firearm counts out revolvers and such.

Doesnt say how far away the clip has to be does it? Thats another thing in some states, you can just have the clip right there if it doesnt state. I think in texas my gpa has to keep his gun say in the center console and then the clip in a different compartment of the car.

Virginia law states that you cannot carry a loaded firearms in public. The definition of a firearm in this respect is a shotgun that holds more than 7 rounds, an assault rifle or pistol which mags can hold more than 20 rounds. So all sub compact pistols, normal shotguns and revolvers are out.
