I love it when 17-20 year olds come to these boards and try to convince us they paid for their $30-50,000 vehicle with their own money.

Congrats on being out on your own, but unless you are Doogey Houser Md. then trying to impress us with your parent's money isn't really very cool.

i do as well.. especially when its a contour based jag:laugh: *as a note- i own a part of the family business (iron foundry), so i guess you could say that it is my "parents money", but i do work 60+hrs a week to pay for stuff*

Owning nice stuff is not a problem, nor is working for the family business or even just mooching off dad (not meaning you). If you can, and want to, I say take advantage of your lucky situation.
