plenty of Caprices came with different engines than a 305, and plenty had 4 speeds too

considering the "B-body" designation started in 1959, there have been tons of 4 speed B's

thats why i said most came with a 305..nothing bigger than a 350..they never came with a big block(in the 80s) and no....none came with a 4-speed manual

Some guy last night told me his Dodge RumbleBee, sitting bone stock, is 'around 500hp'. It sounded like a sewing machine. Its like 500hp is the thing to have these days, all it takes is a $24 K&N air filter, a few stickers, some fuzzy dice... and you have yourself 500hp.

Thats NOT why I was bashing him. I wont bash on a first system, I'm bashing on the mindset of the owner of that 1st system. My VERY 1st install was still better, and I was 12 or 13. But thats TOTALLY off subject. Its the arrogance I'm bashing on.
