The Crescendo amp is really nice. If you look around the forum you'll notice quite a few guys using Sundown amplifiers. The Crescendo is pretty much exactly the same as Sundown, but it's way cheaper. Tough to beat it.

Do your subs have a single 4 ohm voice coil? If so, you'll need 1,000-ish watts @ 1.3 ohms. Basically, you'll want a 1,200 watt monoblock that'll do rated power @ 1 ohm. Something like this: Audioque: Amps: AQ1200D

Or you could pay a small fortune for a JL Audio 1000/1, Alpine PDX-M12 or Alpine PDX-1.1000

okay my budget would probably be 200-350 for the speakers and same for the subs!

They'll set you back $478.

The Hertz components could use a little more power, but they should do pretty good on 90 watts per side. However, your budget would allow you to buy two of the AQ4x90 4 channels if that's something you'd consider doing. They do 200+ watts rms x2 @ 4 ohms bridged. Having two of them would also allow you to bi-amp your components (if the crossovers give you that option)...
