New to site, need help on my 01 crown vic!!!

I have a 2001 crown vic that i was driving and noticed it was misfiring a cylinder so I left it in my drive way till I got a coil pack, I went to go start the car the other day but it wouldn't turn over. I jumped it and it started but very weak start. I replaced the battery and it started fine but I left it for a few days and it was dead so I placed a charger on it but I noticed when i put the key in the ignition the dash lights came on by them selves with the switch being off. Then there was a clicking under the dash with the key either being out of the ignition or in and the hazard lights were also on. Confused on what the problem is. Now when i put the key in all there is a clicking sound every second and the hazards are on and it still wont start at all.

Replace the ignition switch
