Here's a better question - if you know absolutely nothing about them and haven't a clue as to whether or not they're any good why did you buy them?

Off Topic ~ Is that your truck in your avatar? I saw a red one built like that at a dealership in Corsicana, TX once and assumed it was a one-off since I had never seen one before or heard of a 6-door F-series prior to that.

If you have the room I say go ported to get some more output, but if your satisfied with sealed then that's ok.

yeah turning sucks i drove it once 11mpg it a 460 and i looked in to it and this stretch was done by ford
