might sound crazy but best buy has a good return policy...buy an amp or woofer and test then return for refund.

Update for everyone I changed the way the box and port faces and it's a ton louder. Much better now.

HA! Dude, Ive been messing with my set u for over a month and im still getting it to sound better and better.

if its a car with a trunk, have it face the rear 6 inches away from the trunk. Makes the biggest difference. Use velcro straps to keep it still.
