I was thinking the 12 was around $400 last time in the pre-sale. I could be wrong though. I will edit my previous quote.

oh no no...my bad im thinking 15 cause thats what i have...wasnt even thinking 12....yeah i dont know...if i sell my mag now for like $350 then spend $50 to go from a 15" to a 12" i hope its a real upgrade

The current Mag is a very flexible driver and performs in both sealed and ported boxes. Clean solid output below 20 Hz has never been a problem in a sealed box with the current Mags.

The new Mag's are going to be just as happy ported as they are sealed. They're not going to get sloopy, loose control, etc, when placed in ported enclosures. I give you credit, I just wondered because some drivers are pretty much sealed only, like the Aurasounds.
