New Second Skin Product - Need some input - SPL Sludge

i am very interested. would this product also be good to fill holes? and large areas? as well as to layer onto existing damp pro?
Sure. You could use it to seal holes. I have actually used the screen from a screen door and sprayed Spectrum over it on both sides to create a little viscoelastic barrier over certain holes. Might be overkill but this stuff could work for that too!

It should be able to go on top of Damplifier Pro no problem! Should add some strength to it!

any date IF it make it to production, when it will be out?

I am still looking for a sludge type product that will work on all the plastic panels in a normal car
Sludge will only adhere to plastic if you use a primer first.

Go to the hardware store and get some self etching primer.

Apply that to the back of the plastic, then put the Sludge on top of that.

anyway it can be in a aerosol can and used like "great stuff"?? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif:D
well wishful thinking anyway

Not this product.

We are looking to reformulate the Spectrum for an aerosol can but I do not konw enough about how to change our fomula to account for the chemicals in the cans. I am trying, but it keeps turning out like shaving cream

I would LOVE to try some of this out, but college=no monies.

If you want to give some out, Ill take it off your hands. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Im sure my integra could use it;)

i think the answer would depend on if your looking to replace spectrum or offer this in conjunction. If its a complete replacement for the spectrum line up i would probably say no. If its offered in conjunction (spectrum, current sludge activator, and spl sludge) i would say yes assuming you had a decent sales of the current activator

I dont know the sales figures but id assume damplifier products outsell spectrum by at least double. With SPL skin in the works there would only be a market for it if your currently doing well with the spectrum/sludge activator. If not it may be something thats "nice" but realistically isn't going to make money

As long as it don't be blockin' all my bass, yo. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif Hate when my deader don't let my bass drop like thunder and kill my SPL'z.

And this comes from a SQSQ junkee, too. That's super quiet sound quality. Word to your moms.

Send a small sample here and I'll see how it stacks up to the competition of products that are applied in this fashion. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
