kicker calls for minimum 3 cu ft each sub max 6 cu ft each sub so I'm thinkin right around 10 cu ft after port and displacement?

What you think? Going in a 2002 explorer will be slot port off a zx1500.1

a single 1500.1 for both subs..? :/ that isnt enough to get em loud.. you should get the 2500.1 IMO

id go with 6.8-7.6 cu ft. with around 80sq inches of port tuned somewheres between 32-36 hz IMHO

I think it will sound awesome! Me and a buddy built a box about that size mabe just a lil bigger and the bass was so loud it like to broke his truck... lol I think you'll like it...

My buddy already has all the equipment and he isnt really into beatin he just wants somethin that sounds good and gets kind of loud. He has a shitty prefab slot port right now so we going to get him a good box and see what it does. Probably tuned to 34-38
