Thanks again. I stuck a deal with a couple local agencies that don't have sites and said they would list their info on the site so hopefully things will fill up quickly. If anyone has properties for sale hit me up and we'll list it for free.

yep, finally got all the crap moved out of it and all the trash hauled off. only took 3 loads of those large trash dumpsters that you see at construction sites. 250 bux each time to have it dumped. now we just have to clean the inside up, mostly just sweep up all the dirt and dust thats settled in it. perfect condition to have work done to it now though. all the walls have sheetrock up on one side so wiring up the house w/ electric and all that should be a breeze. all the plumbing is now easy to access. Just wish i had the coin and time myself to fix it up.

That's a lot of land - I'd imagine it would sell rather quickly.

yea like i said, if i had the money/credit to get financed and some time i'd have already done it. but if we can get 35k out of the land and house i'll be happy
