whatever.... hahaha i don't even care. i'm going more for SQ than just being loud anyway. i know my sub sounds really good and gets plenty loud for me and really kills the lows.

btl has rated xmax of 16mm 1 way.......
and a Q has rated xmax 27mm 1 way..

id put money the BTL gets louder

Lets put them in sealed boxes, you would lose that money.

That statement shows that you do not know much about low end..
xmax is just one of the many equations that plays a role in low end... The regular rsds have 13.5, and they drop very low.. btw the xenons have 20mm xmax( less than your treos) and drop far lower than them. Havent found a sub of the same size that drops lower than the xenons to date, besides the cyclone... Point being, who cares about xmax alone..

Try adjusting your enclosure alignment. This will dictate 'how low it drops' just as much, if not more, than the sub itself.

I have 2 phoenix gold rsdc 10" subs. They are really good in my opinion. They get quite loud. I have a video of them also doing some excursion. No bass boost or eq. Gain is a quarter the way up on the amp. Have a 2V headunit. Not pushing them that hard yet until I upgrade my fuse going to my amp. Only have a 100A fuse right now, it needs a 120A fuse so I keep it down a bit.
