New Orion HCCA D1200 Repairs???

I recently had to replace my murdered Orion HCCA D-1200 with a Sundown 1500D and Lilmaniac and I popped the orion open and found nothing...and I mean Nothing scorched on the main board. The amp powers up by itself without a remote wire. There is a 12V solenoid switch that I think might be stuck. Has anyone ever successfully repaired or replaced one?
