New ONX1.1500D just stop working

I had it in my car for two days and it quit working. The green power light in the side is off, and the protection light is off, but the red light on the top of the amp near the name is on. I checked the fuse under the hood and the fuses on the amp. I got it hook to 2 Hifonics HFi 12D4. What do you guys think about that, I only bought it because I heard good things around here.

FIXED. It end up being the fuse under the hood, It was blown but you could not tell visually.

Anyway the ONX1.1500D is a nice amp so far with tons of power, I bought it over the Audiopipe APSM-1300.

How do you fix a blown fuse under the hood? Simply replacing it without finding the reason why it blew up may not be not enough.

sounds like it could be bad ground, a short in spearker wire

Or he has a crazy 80 amp fuses and is abusing the gains...... My theory

It was a cheap 80 amp AGU fuse that was included in my amp install kit, it showed no signs of being blown but was.
