I'd vote for members here who knows how to keep their cool even during "sticky" situations, especially so if they won't tolerate racism of any sort. (notice I said racism, not indifference in religion). Oh, and also how often they hang around on the forum itself..post count should not have anything to do with it.

That said, Steve and Mark_ab is destined to be mods here all the way. lol
