anyways, im still using the sub, but right now on a smaller amp - a Powerbass 1500 .... and we've been streat beating the shit out of it for about 2 weeks now with absolutely no issues.

I believe the Mach 5 12" SPL's are being sold for $250 shipped, but dont hold me to that. Over on the sound solutions website, they have thread over there detailing the preorder on these.

these are NOT the normal subs that Mach 5 sells (such as the MAW-12's) so its priced accordingly.

I have a SI BM 12, and the Mach 5 SPL is definately a meaner beast.

Sorry if I worded it wrong, but I wanted 2 12's for under $350 shipped. That is why I was going with the BM's. And I don't want a pure spl sub. I want it to hit hard, but I want it sounding good as well.

Just because they're called the SPL model, doesnt mean they sound like shit or something. Hell, I like it better than my Magnum 12 in the SQ arena.

But thats cool, if ya cant swing the cash, ya cant. Maybe some other people on here will check out the sub and see what it can do for em.
