the quality of their subs is what I had heard was slacking, steered me away from their opti amps... may look back into them now though.

I used to run alot of opti amps and they held up nice. I had a heritage series not too long ago and that one wasnt bad. I never looked into the subs though. You have any idea on price?

the MSRP on Lanzars site is $400 and something...if you look at the MSRP on the silver cone OptiDrive subs its about the same $400 and change.....however parts-express.com sells the silver coned ones for $155 each. I'm only assuming the retail on the new Opti's will be similar. Nice looking sub IMO.

Know a kid that has the previous Opti subs, 12's and he did some good numbers on them, but seems they took the RMS up on these ones and I don't remember them being triple stacked, but been a couple years.

They sounded very good to boot, surprised the shit out of me.
