new hu from a buddy

well my buddy just got me a new hu for christmas (late gift). i have an old deck now. 1 volt preout, rear only, and jack for options. only thing useful is the 7 band eq. (sony 52x4 first year). he got me a new sony(i know sony, but it sure is an upgrade). the new one is cdx-m7815x. 4 volt preouts, sub out, aux in. a hell of alot better than the old one, plus now cea compliant. anyone use this deck or have experiance with it? i have yet to get it as he will be here tomorrow, but wondering on opinions of this stereo if anyone has any. thanks, just wondering on what to expect from it.

but seriously, i have done alot for him over the years, lent him cash, give him a place to crash, drive him to work. he feels like he is paying me back in a way.
