2 acres and yes it was a foreclosure the guy before me had is loan with an ARM and his rates went up to like 12% or some shyt

Nice house man, I love how you people up north have such great yards. I was shopping for something in the same range but down here in South FL it would be about 250k with only about 1/4 acre.
