NO cap. Use the money saved to buy some 1.0 wire. Read the sticky in the wiring section on how to do the "Big 3" I had the PDX 4.150 amp. I liked it other than no outputs, but that might not be needed for you.
You might hear others telling you to ditch the rear speakers too. I say try it without then if you don't like the sound, add them.

I have 0 gauge wire running from my battery now. So I don't need a cap?
Post some pics up of the ipod screens if you use an Ipod. I'm still on the fence about this unit? Can you use your own custom backgrounds?
Does it call out the street names?

the big 3 will do more for you than 10 caps will. caps are preaty much useless

When I get the chance I will do that. It comes with like 5 preloaded backrounds. I don't think there is a way to use customs.
It is all voice guidance and tells you when to turn, when you are on the street it comes up with the name. I love the navigation.

Ditch the rears. Get the PDX-2.150 instead and upgrade the comps to the Type-X with the money you are saving.

If I ditch the rears do you think the people in the back are going to be able to hear the music?
