New Headunit - New problems

Hello Everyone. I just became a member so i could get some advice. I cant give specifics on every audio component cause its been awhile since the system was installed. A couple years ago (2007) my friend and I put in a four channel kenwood amp, reciever with nav, and four pioneer premier speakers. Everything worked just fine and sounded beautifully. Well im selling the truck to my boss and one of the requirement was that i put in a more user friendly head unit. So i bought a Pioneer AVIC-U310BT off amazon for like 300. I just got done installing it, and the sound is like way flat and the back two speakers are only putting out a small amount of bass, no vocals or anything. Its acting like my 2 rear door speakers are subs almost. Im a rookie when it comes to anything technical, so i cant really give you anymore leads than what i said. Thanks for you help.

I might be wrong but the 310 has an adjustable rear/sub rca output. Look in your av settings menu and see if u can adjust it. Also read your manual a bit and it willl tell u the details about that stuff. I'm a professional owner/installer and I always read instructions prior to installing a new product. Sounds dumb but helps a lot.
