New head unit needed for '01 Expedition

Howdy

I have a 2001 Expedition with the 'premium' audio system that consists of an in dash cassette player and a 6 disk changer in the console. It also has rear audio controls that allow headphones to be used in the back seats using a different 'source'. For example, the front speakers could be playing a CD while the back seats (using headphones) are listening to the radio.

Anyway, I want to get a new head unit that will allow MP3 player inputs, cd changer control AND rear audio control. Are there any out there?

On a side note, I did try 2 different brands of FM modulators, but with the FM antenna being built into the rear passenger window, reception stinks and we get static no matter where we are. Does anyone have any suggestions as to some good (and cheap) FM modulators that actually work?
