New face for Sony CDX-C90

I've had this head for quite some time and the display is getting lines in it and it's getting really hard to see even harder then when it was new. If you ever had one of these you'll know what I'm talking about. I know what you all are going to say but I love this thing and it still sounds great. Best sounding head I've had.

So any one have a face or know where I might come up with one??
