New Dremel

It's walmart...Just use it for a couple weeks and return it for the better one. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
The 3000 is the model directly under the 4000. Only difference between the 2 is the 4000 does 5,000-35,000RPM's and a 5 year warranty versus 5,000-32,000RPM's and a 4 year warranty.

When I said that I meant I wouldnt have started my thread. I started a thread a couple posts above this looking for suggestions as well.

Gotcha. If those are the only differences I wouldn't bother worrying about it...Besides, it was a joke.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cuddle.gif.bd1b29c179c0482f8313dbd790b74c94.gif

Dont bother with the cordless... battery dont last worth a ****...
I have actually had both the B&D RTX and the real deal Dremel.... The brushes in the Dremel lasted a bit longer than the B&D, but both died in less than a year under moderate (bi-weeky/monthly) use... I have a RotoZip now (w/ both the 1/8" and 1/4" collets) works EXCELLENT!

I would look in the RotoZip direction....
Rotozip is made by Dremel.
