..what's the model #?

internal or external amp?

it would be built into the receiver I have no external amp the car is a stock setup the harness should be plug and go. but there seems to be something stopping the sound but there is no amp its a pioneer deh x6600bt I cant spend a ton of time messing around with it it should be plug and go

everything was hooked up in the harness I did play with the remote wire on the reviecer by connectiong it to the solid blue on the harness but it didn't seem to do anything unless you have to do simthing via the remote to activeate the bypass or whatever may be stopping it

I just bought a Kenwood KDC BT318 Unit and I have it all wired up...matching colors and all. Unit turns out on but screen flashes att off and call....radio will play for about 15 seconds and then shut off....any suggestions what could be wrong?

check your fuses? Sometimes the accessories fuse can blow pretty easily

every function except the sound works. the speakers pop faintly when the deck comes on that's it. the stock deck works. I have the wires wired up right. there is no factory amp to the best of my knowledge. it is a 2 door Tahoe. no amp under the seat. there are front door speakers and tweeters and rear speakers in the headliner. ive spend 3 frusturating days getting nowere exept frusturated lol

did you get the PAC Wire harness to match your car to the aftermarket head unit? I've boughten a faulty harness before and swapped it out with another one and it worked just fine

found the issue I went back to exchange the deck and that didn't help finally went around with a multimeter I had readings at one rear speaker but not the other one. I pulled the dead one down and the speaker wire on the coil had frayed and stuck to the magnet causing a ground. anyways all fixed thanks for help
