New Custom enclosure

So my friend just built a custom enclosure for me. Its a dual chamber, wrapped in two tone microsuede. Also posted pics of my car if anyone is interested. Oh and if we could refrain from calling the car ugly it would be awesome. Enjoy!!!

Equipment:

Elemental Design 9.1 amp for subwoofers

4 Diamond Audio D312D2 subwoofers

Arc KAR series speakers all around

Phoenix Gold 5.0:4 amp for speakers. (Behind the box)

Boss 2 farad cap.

Pioneer DVH p5000mp headunit

Nesa Visor LED monitors in headrest

Nice looking box. Does it still sound good with the subs so close to the rear door? I had my 15" pointed towards the back of my car but the sub was so close to the rear door it made it rattle too much so I just ended up pointing it up instead.

Thanks all. And inside the car it sounds good. Kinda bass heavy(no kidding right) Outside the car if the hatch is up it sounds great. Hatch closed it vibrates everything on the car. I have dynomat waiting to get put in. I just havent had the time.

what wheels are you rocking?

AME Shallen LX's. 15x8 in front and 15x8.5 in back. I want to go to 17's but those 15's cost 2500 and 17's were close to 750 a wheel before shipping when i was wheel shopping.

quick question? why are you running a slightly staggered set up on a ff car?

I like xbs tho . The newer ones especially.

I don't really have a good answer for you. I could bs you but it would be pointless and you would know it was bs.

The best reason i can give you is because when they were bought they only had 2 of the 8.5's. And waiting for wheels sucks. AME's are pretty hard to come by, and i didnt feel like waiting 3-5 months for them to come in from Japan.

but after a LONG time of looking at them they arent that bad. i like the newer ones even a bit more.

at least you admitted it hahah and have a legit reason lol.

Some folks I know run a 7 front and a like a 8.5 er 9 rear with stretched tires.... on a ff car? I just dont get it.
