new car... suggestions?

Hello everyone! I just bought a new car, and I would like to get a head unit, quite cool. But below 200 bucks. Do you have any suggestion? I would like sound quality. But I have stock speakers. I would also like to get some speakers and amplifier. I have around 350 destined for that. I previously had MBQuart Discus speakers and amplifiers. a dude named Sicaudio sold them to me. do you know him? I've always liked Alpine HUs, for amps I'd browse the classifieds for a nice 2 channel or 4 channel if you want rear fill.
