new car dilemma help

my old cavalier (ew)'s clutch went out and its gonna be 800$ to fix which i dont wanna do becuz the car has 120k miles on it.

so im buying a new car but what one would u like?

red 03 blazer with 32,000 miles for $16400

black 03 blazer with 47,000 miles for 14500

i would take a loan and make payments on thes.

my dad called me and said he was selling his truck and he said if i would take it that i would keep my insurance the same cost as my cavalier (1800/year) and also that i would make payments to him and no bank involvement.

its a:

2001 dodge ram with 72,000 miles.

which would you do?

if i get a blazer i would have to get it on my name and get my own insurance and im 18 years old.

Don't base your vehicle on a sub...you can always make something work out if you try.

I'd go with the ram for the insurance savings as well as the interest savings.

price is 12,600 for the ram

If you're considering paying 16000 for a car, why not look into a new Chevy Cobalt? Payments would be about the same for a new cobalt, maybe less - and you could pay 5 years on 'er.

I saw a Non supercharged 06 Cobalt for 20,500

I love my cavalier. Good on gas, is peppy and it fits in with alot of other cars. That is a good anti theft alarm right there, lol! Mine is a 2002 with 40000 on it though. What year was your cavalier?

I would look into those new civic si's if you have the money. They look bad *** in the commerical. But if you are trying to stay around 15000 or so then look on http://www.autotrader.com. Might find some good stuff there. A blazer is not bad. I would take that over the Ram. But that is just me. Good luck!
