I'd rather buy a used 4-channel instead of the Hifonics, but other than that, I don't see anything wrong. I've installed those FX6s in several vehicles, and they sound good for what they are.

What about that cheap MB quart amp I've seen around, new? If I remember correctly, it was only like $125, but I don't remember where it was.

Decent system though. I built mine for $80-100... I went super-budget.
