it is interesting how there is a type x PRO series and a type x REFERENCE series.

the ref series look really funky.

I have the same alpine type X comps the 6.5 ones. Yeah those lights do shine when your tweeters are about to die. It fried my cover...which I didn't appreciate but better then having a blown tweeter. The alpine type X comps are pretty decent. If anyone has a alpine type X tweeter they wanna sell me PM me. I blew one of my from installing and never even got to hear it. So i'm running only 1 type X tweeter.
