New 4'' coil 15 prototype ?

A friend of mine emailed me this picture of this supposidlly new 15'' prototype that is coming out. He won't tell me who makes it. The motor assembly looks familiar, does anybody know who makes this mystery woofer ?

baskets look different than the wmd and wmd2 but it could be a wmd2 motor. Its probably just thrown together with random parts.

It definitly resembles a PAP woofer but more like the MOAB. I'll ask if it is a MOAB tomarrow.
