New 4 Channel Amp

I just got some Rainbows installed, and realized afterwards how bad my Audiobahn amp really does ****. So now I'm in the market for a new one. I'm looking in the range of 100-125x4 at 4 ohms and somewhere in the vicinity of $350.00. I was looking at some Soundstream, Hifonics, Kicker, and the new Eclipse amp. Can anyone who has experience with these guide me in the right direction? This is the last thing I need to finish my system, and I want to make sure I do it right. Thanks
