Ok so Im just looking for some clean power for the front stage of my car(highs and mids) What im planning on running:

Tweeters and Crossovers- KENWOOD KFC-T207

13/16" UFLC soft dome tweeters (pair)

flush- and surface-mount hardware included

4,500 Hz passive external crossovers with protection circuits

power range: 2-65 watts RMS (peak power 280 watts)

frequency response: 3,500-35,000 Hz

sensitivity: 90 dB

Mids-PG RSD6.5s

Power Handling: 60W/120W (RMS/Peak)

Impedance: 4 Ohms

Frequency Response: 45Hz - 20kHz

Sensitivity: 88dB

Now i need a amp to power these things just right but not break my wallet...here are a few ive looked up thanks for you help guys:

PIONEER GM-6300F - $130

60 Watts x 4, at 4 ohms

150 Watts x 2, at 4 ohms BRIDGE

80 dBA Signal-to-Noise Ratio (Reference: 1 Watt Output)

Bridgeable 4/3/2 Channel Capability

4 Channel Crossovers (HPF/LPF)

KICKER ZX350.4- $130

60 watts RMS x 4 at 4 ohms (90 watts RMS x 4 at 2 ohms)

175 watts RMS x 2 in bridged mode (4-ohm stable in bridged mode)

variable high- and low-pass filters (50-200 Hz, 12 dB per octave)

Rockford Fosgate T400-4-$165

4 channel Mosfet power amplifier

60x4 Rms watts @ 4 ohm

100x4 Rms @ 2 ohm

200W RMS x 2 @ 4 ohms

Frequency Response: 20-20,000 Hz

well, If you have an external xover, then you only need a 2 channel amp. Something like a 100x2 would be fine.

The Diamond D3 amps are said to be comparable to zapcos, look at D3 400.2

Also JL

and that new AQ sq amp something or other.

For a front stage try to get the best sq amp you can afford.

ok so i have a set of the kenwood tweeters they have external crossovers and the 6.5 speakers are just ran to the amp my qestion is should do i need to get a4ch amp and would the new audioque 4ch amp be enough to get loud

Personally, I would run the tweeters off the HU with the crossovers and get a 2 channel amp to run the mids, With either the hu or the amp crossed correctly for the mids freqs. The HU will send a full signal to the tweeters, and the xover will sort it out then.

imo, if you send 65 watts to any tweeter, it wont like it. perticularily those kenwoods.
