New: 34" X 6" PVC Port (No Flare).
28HZ.
2.73 Cubes.

Replaced Port: 9" X 4" Aero (With Flare)
33HZ.
2.73 Cubes

So yeah had to buy 10' of 6" PVC just for:
34"L
28hz.
($55)... But now I have 7ft left for future builds!

I wanted to post this as an appreciation for the advice given on this forum thanks: winkychevelle . Told me they're software says: (2) 4" or (1) 6" Port is needed.
My (1) 4" Port was insufficient.

So yeah I just experienced the results today after a few hours of fun labor.

PS: I'll never use flares again 😸

Here's a video:

Very Nice!! I have used regular sch.40 PVC in the Past for some box building while learning to do my own box tuning. Works great. Istill have a dual 10" enclosure that has sep. Chambers using 4" .. solid as hell. Great enclosure that looks like azz.. LOL but sounds really nice with a pair of XFL 10s 👀 👀 💩
