XBMC plus the Navi-x program allows for streaming via 1chan and a million other streamers, plus there are live TV streams for most channels. its nice, but IPT and 1337x and downloading the content allow for more choices in quality.

basically i use a combo to get what i want and when i want. plus i have a media hub server to allow any device in my house to have the ability to play any of the content. phones, tablets, laptops, tv's etc.
