PS4 has a better APU (graphics/cpu in one) that can give slightly better graphics than the One can.

Had both, traded the PS4 for my subs. No games (for me) out right now to justify buying another PS4. Next year I may pick a PS4 up again. Till then I am still enjoying my XB1 (especially with backwards compatibility now, they just need to add more games to the list!)
With that said, I would invest in building a gaming pc.

Well I built a gaming computer a couple years ago. It's not too bad. Its a core i7, i've got a 128gb solid state, 32 gigs of ram. Can't remember the graphics card im running. It's a bit old and out dated. It was a beast a few years ago. It's still ****** but I don't do any hardcore gaming on the computer. I did in highschool, kind of. But now I just don't have time for it and don't want to get into it. But i'd like to have another console for when I do have a little down time.

Ah cool. Pick which one has the games you want to play that are out now, which is what I did and why I no longer have a PS4 at the moment. The UI on the PS4 is not as user friendly as the PS3 and no where near as easy to use as the XB1 UI, if you get the kinect with it - even easier, I don't play any games with the kinect but it is now essential to me for xbox usage, snap programs/record clips with just a few words as I play. But UI aside, because that is minor, it is all about the games.

Xbox, but I'm not a gamer at all. The previous owners of our house left ther Xbox, and I took it apart to use the electrical components for something else
